TECHNOLOGY
RangeMark applies Sodyo’s patented visual-code and long-range recognition technology to give autonomous systems a deterministic visual reference for a specific physical asset, location or endpoint.
FROM DETECTION TO IDENTITY
RangeMark turns a visual observation into a deterministic identity result: detect the marker, decode its unique ID, associate that ID with the designated asset or location, and return that identity to the autonomy system.
THE PLATFORM
RangeMark does not replace navigation, perception or flight control. It adds a deterministic answer to a different question: which exact marked object, location or endpoint is the system seeing?
GNSS, INS and maps help establish position and route.
AI and machine vision classify objects and understand scenes.
A unique visual identity ties perception to a specific designated physical entity.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Each marker carries a unique machine-readable identity.
Detection demonstrated at distances up to 1 km.
No marker-side battery, beacon or RF transmission required.
Designed to complement cameras, AI, navigation, flight control and autonomy software.
MARKER TECHNOLOGY
Visible marker technologies are available today, with additional sensing formats in development for new operating environments.
PLATFORM INTEGRATION
Designed to sit inside the onboard vision and compute pipeline, RangeMark can return confirmed identity to the autonomy stack while working alongside the systems already responsible for perception, navigation and flight control.
FROM PLATFORM TO APPLICATION
The technology is broader than one use case. Precision landing is where we're focusing it first.
